I found myself in Five Below checking out their Halloween decor. I’m obsessed with ghost decor this year and they have a set of stacking ghosts that I just had to get. These are cute as is but I’ll be giving them a little makeover.
This will be a very quick and easy makeover. You will find the list of supplies that I’m using down below.
1. X-acto knife
2. Drill & Large hole saw bit
3. White or cream colored spray paint
4. Puck light or string lights
The first step is to cut the eyes and mouth out of all three ghosts.
This is easy to do with an X-acto knife.
The next step is to use the hole saw bit to create a hole on the top of the bottom two ghosts.
The last step is to spray paint the inside and outside of the ghosts. I spray painted all three ghosts with a sand dollar colored spray paint. This color made it easier to cover the pink. Once I had them all covered with the sand dollar spray paint I then gave them a coat of a blossom white spray paint.
Once the paint is dry you’ll then add lights and stack the ghosts.
This was such an easy makeover and these will look amazing mixed in with my other ghost decor. I hope you get creative and give this easy makeover a try.
