I love having a variety of light up decor throughout my home. We’ve been getting creative with resin lately so I thought it would be fun to create a light up resin craft. Since summer is right around the corner I thought we would create some resin light up flowers.
You can find the list of supplies that I’ll be using down below.
- Resin
- Silicone flower molds
- Grecian Gold Rub’n Buff
- Hot glue
- Light up shadow box from Amazon
- Spanish moss
The first step is to mix the resin. You’ll follow the directions on the resin bottles. You can find the resin that I’m using from Amazon by clicking my referral link down below.
Once you have the resin mixed you’ll then pour it into the molds.
You can find the silicone molds that I’m using from Amazon by clicking my referral link down below.
You’ll want to give the resin a good 24 hours to dry before popping them out of the mold.
The next step is to figure out where you want to place the flowers onto the shadow box. You can find this shadow box on Amazon by clicking my referral link down below.
Once you have the flowers placed you’ll want to add some of the Rub’n Buff around the flowers.
You’ll want to add the Rub’n Buff to the sides of the shadow box.
The next step is to glue the flowers in place.
Once the flowers are glued in place you’ll then add more Rub’n Buff to the flowers.
The last step is to glue some Spanish Moss around the flowers.
This was very easy to make and looks amazing lit up.
