Sometimes the simplest ideas make the most beautiful décor, and this one is a perfect example! I’m using a gorgeous Foton Pearled Candle and a few handfuls of Orbeez to create an arrangement that feels elegant and fun. It is so simple to do, and there are so many different ways to get creative with it!
There is a little bit of prep work you have to do before this DIY — you do have to hydrate the Orbeez! This can take around 4–6 hours.

You just need a pack of Orbeez. I got mine on Amazon. There are 140,000 beads in this pack, and it was only $6.98 on sale!
You can find the ones I used here: amazon.com/dp/B0CJ4NM1T4?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamztheshabb-20&creativeASIN=B0CJ4NM1T4&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.3P1T9U2GJA6TW&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ons_mixed_d_asin

For every tablespoon of beads, you need 3 cups of water!

First you want to scoop the beads into the container. We ended up using 2 tablespoons of beads.

We used bottled water here at the warehouse just because it was easiest, but tap water is just fine too!

It was so fun to watch them expand throughout the day!

Once they are full sized, its time for the fun part!

You can use water your want in the Orbeez, but I wanted mine to still have a vintage look to it so I grabbed some strands of fake pearls and some of my blingy crosses!

I grabbed the vase that I wanted to use for the display and started by scooping a good base of the beads in bottom.

Then I started pushing the pearl strand into the beads and kind of laying them out how I want them to be.

As I continued to add more pearls, I continued to use more Orbeez and started adding more and more layers.

Then I slid the crosses into where I wanted them. I tried to angle them outwards.

Now this is where the magic happens! When you add water, the Orbeez become invisible!

I left a layer of the Orbeez visible, but I was told that that you can add water all the way to top. When we tested it before we did this DIY, the items started to float to the top.

I used the Festive Fir scent of the Foton beads. I LOVE this scent! This is what I want my house to smell like during the holidays!
You can check out all of their different scents here: https://www.awin1.com/cread.php?awinmid=61605&awinaffid=2512813&ued=https%3A%2F%2Ffotoncandle.com%2Fcollections%2F18-oz-scented-candles

You need about 3 inches of the candle pearls on top of the beads.

Next you just stick in the wicks! I used three for this size vase. Make sure not to poke the wicks down too far where they touch the water. You can trim the wick if you need to.

That’s all it takes to make a beautiful arrangement with a Foton Pearled Candle and a Orbeez! It’s such an easy project, but it adds a fun and elegant touch wherever you place it. I love that you can change up the container or items in the vase to fit any season or style. I hope this inspires you to get creative and try your own version!
