If you want a simple and run project then your going to love this one. I love trees and this small rag tree can be made with any color or print material that will go with your decor.
The supplies you will need are:
1. Material ( I’m using this roll of strips that I purchased from Walmart)
2. Scissors
3. Styrofoam cone ( I’m using one I purchased from Dollar Tree)
4. Hot glue ( this is optional)
After my squares are cut I just start sticking them into my styrofoam cone. I did not count how many squares I used. This will depend on how big your styrofoam cone is and how close together you place your material.
You start at the bottom base of your cone and work your way up to the top.
I used some foam star stickers to make a tree topper. This is such a simple diy and I hope you all enjoy it. Below you will find photos of the cone and material I used.
Greatly appreciate your campaign to give us ladies the spumk we need to get off our butts and get excited to decorate our home! Your enthusiasm is contagious.
How do you finish the very narrow top of the tree? Each tree I have made has broken when I get close to the top!
I really love this one!
