We recently put a fun rattan flat basket on our website that I want to change up. This is a great basket and I think we can easily turn it into a year round wreath.
This will be very easy to make and you can find a list of the supplies that I’ll be using down below.
1. One rattan flat basket from our website
2. Hot glue
3. One sheet of felt
4. Scissors
5. Four packs of nautical rope from the Dollar Tree

The first step is to cut your piece of felt to cover the back side of the basket.
Once you have the felt cut you’ll want to glue the sides and bottom onto the basket.
Once you have the felt glued in place you should now have a pocket.
The next step is to start glueing the nautical rope onto the basket. Be sure to start glueing the end of the nautical rope onto the back side of the basket.
It’s easier to add the glue to the basket as you bring the nautical rope around to the front of the basket.
Be sure to glue the ends of the nautical rope onto the back side of the basket.
Once the basket is covered with the nautical rope you’ll then add flowers to the pocket.
You can change this wreath out for different seasons and holidays.
This is such a fun and easy wreath to make. I love how it can be used all year long. I hope you’ll get creative and give this wreath a try.
