Now that I have all of my Christmas decor down it’s time to decorate for Valentine’s Day. I always seem to decorate my mantel first for all holidays and different seasons.

I decided to stick to all neutrals for my mantel this year. We created some amazing hearts that I have hanging from the garland. You can see how we made these hearts by clicking the link down below.

I added a cream floral garland from our website. You can find this garland by clicking the link down below.

I incorporated some of the garlands into the hanging hearts. Lights are always a must for me so I decided to add some timer taper candles throughout the mantel.

These candles are placed on glass jars that we got creative with. You can see what we used for these glass jars by clicking the link down below.

I added a candle holder to the center of an old frame. The frame and candle holder are both thrift store finds.

We created the lace heart in the center of the mantel here at The Shabby Tree a few years ago. You can find the directions for this heart by clicking the link down below.

The cream colors seem to soften all of the brick on this mantel. I love how this turned out and I hope this will inspire you to decorate with things that make you happy.
