The Dollar Tree has started putting out their Halloween decor and I found the perfect item for a fun diy ghost. They have a wooden ghost cut out that will be perfect for a fun ghost diy.

The supplies that I’ll be using for this ghost are listed down below.
1. Two wooden ghost cut outs from the Dollar Tree
2. One wooden box from the Dollar Tree
3. Hot glue
4. White spray paint
5. Scissors
6. Mod podge
7. Black spray paint
8. One piece of lace from our website

The first step is to give both wooden cut outs a coat of the white spray paint. I did back and front of each cut out.

Once you have the spray paint added you’ll then glue both ghost cut outs to the wooden box.

You can place this box as high up onto the ghost as you want.

You want to be sure to place both of the ghost cut outs evenly onto the box.

The next step is to drape the lace over the ghosts.

You can find the lace that I’m using by clicking the link down below.
Once you have the lace in place you’ll then cut small slits to allow the arms to show.

You’ll do this for all four arms. You’ll want to cut small pieces of the lace to mod podge into the arms.

I only did the front side of all four arms.

You’ll want to trim off the excess lace around the ghost. Once you have the lace trimmed you’ll want to use the black spray paint onto two small pieces of the lace.

You’ll use the hot glue to attach the black lace onto the inside eye area of the ghost.

The last step is to add a battery operated candle to the box . This will allow the eyes and mouth to glow at night.

This ghost was so quick and easy to make and I hope you’ll give it a try. This ghost will make a fun Halloween decoration any where in your home.
