DIY Wall Art Using Crochet Flowers

by blewis | Apr 17, 2025 | Easter/Spring, Everyday DIY, Home Decor | 23 comments

We have been adding some amazing crochet flowers to our website. I’ve decided to get creative with some of the crochet flowers and turn them into a fun and unique art work.
I purchased a frame from Home Goods that I’ll be using for this diy.
I removed the glass and backing from this framed art work and spray painted the frame gold.
Once the frame was dry I then decided what flowers I wanted to use.
You’ll want to remove all of the stems from the flowers. Be sure to remove the leaves and set them aside.
You’ll want to add the back of the frame back onto the frame but do not add the glass.
Decide how you want to arrange the flowers before glueing them on.
You’ll add some hot glue to the back side of the flowers.
Once you have all of the flowers glued in place you’ll then want to add the leaves. This is such a fun and easy diy. I hope this will inspire you to have fun and get creative.

Barb, you come up with the neatest ideas. This turned out beautiful. I would put in my guest bedroom , where I have my grandmothers 100 year old dresser and desk. The flowers remind me of old fashion. They are so colorful. Would love to have something you made too.
