We have a great set of baskets on our website that I want to get creative with. These baskets are pretty as is but I want them to pop for Fall.
You can find these baskets on our website by clicking the link down below.
The first thing that I did was spray paint the baskets. I used a rustic orange colored spray paint by Rust-oleum.
I’ll be making a stem for the two smaller baskets.
I’m using a brown paper lunch bag for the stem. I cut the bottom of the bag off.
I folded one end up just a bit and then I twisted the top part.
I added some hot glue here and there to hold the twist in place. You can trim around the bottom so that it fits onto the pumpkin.
I painted the stem with an antique wax by Waverly and then I glued it onto the basket.
I added a tree to the larger basket and I added some battery operated lights to the smaller baskets.
I love how simple this was and I love how it all looks together. This will make a great Fall decoration in my home. I hope you’ll get creative and give this a try.
