I started pulling out my Americana decor and adding some red , white and blue decorations throughout my home. After going through my decorations I decided it would be fun to make some fourth of July firecrackers. I want these to be quick and easy to make.
The supplies that I’ll be using are listed down below.
1. One Dollar Tree pool noodle
2. Hot glue
3. Americana printed fabric
4. Scissors
5. Tinsel with wire
6. Knife
The first step is to cut the pool noodle.
I used a knife and cut the pool noodle into 3 different sizes.
You can cut your pieces to be any size that you want.
Once I had the pool noodle cut I then cut my fabric.
I cut the fabric to fit each piece of the pool noodle. You want the fabric to wrap around the pool noodle. I cut my fabric large enough to be tucked in at each end.
I pulled the fabric tight around the pool noodle and then added hot glue at the end of the fabric.
I added some hot glue at the ends of the pool noodle and then tucked the fabric down into the hole of the pool noodle.
I covered all three pieces of the pool noodle with fabric.
I added strips of tinsel with wire into the hole at one end.
Once I had the tinsel added to all three pieces I then glued them together.
These are so easy to make and will look great any where in your home.
