I love decorating for all holidays and I always love adding some older vintage holiday decorations. The older vintage holiday decorations can be very pricey which gave me an idea. I was shopping in Walmart and I came across some items that will allow us to create a Halloween centerpiece with a vintage look. The supplies from Walmart will cost around $23.00.

The supplies that I’ll be using are:

1. One plastic pumpkin bucket from Walmart

2. Two flower bushes from Walmart

3. One wreath from Walmart

4. Black spray paint

5. Elmer’s glue

6. Black fine glitter

7. Wire cutters

8. X-acto knife or box cutter

The wreath from Walmart was $12.98. You can use any wreath that you want for this centerpiece.

The first thing I did was cover the entire wreath with the black spray paint.

Once the wreath was completely black I then started adding the flowers.

I bought two bushes of flowers from Walmart and they were $3.98 for each bush. I used the wire cutters to cut the flowers off of the main stem.

I wrapped the stem of each flower around the wreath stems.

This looks great as a wreath but I want to turn it into a fun centerpiece. I decided to add one of the plastic pumpkin buckets to the center.

I cut the face of the pumpkin out so that I can add a battery operated candle. Once I had the face cut out I added some Elmer’s glue and black glitter. You can find the glitter that I’m using from 143 Vinyl by clicking my referral link down below.

This turned out so cute and will look great with a battery operated candle at night.

I hope you’ll get creative and give this fun decoration a try.
