Now that I have all of my Christmas decor down it’s time to decorate for Valentine’s Day. I always seem to decorate my mantel first for all holidays and different seasons.
I decided to stick to all neutrals for my mantel this year. We created some amazing hearts that I have hanging from the garland. You can see how we made these hearts by clicking the link down below.

I added a cream floral garland from our website. You can find this garland by clicking the link down below.

I incorporated some of the garlands into the hanging hearts. Lights are always a must for me so I decided to add some timer taper candles throughout the mantel.
These candles are placed on glass jars that we got creative with. You can see what we used for these glass jars by clicking the link down below.

I added a candle holder to the center of an old frame. The frame and candle holder are both thrift store finds.
We created the lace heart in the center of the mantel here at The Shabby Tree a few years ago. You can find the directions for this heart by clicking the link down below.

The cream colors seem to soften all of the brick on this mantel. I love how this turned out and I hope this will inspire you to decorate with things that make you happy.
Barb, I love the lace dollies bottle candle holders. Very lovely and unique. Also the music note hearts are simply stunning. All together your mantle is breathtaking with all creams colors and textures. Great job, Barb
It turned out beautifully! I love the neutrals. If I were to change anything, I would like to have seen solid colored jars for the candle holders. I think it would make things look less busy. I do like the decorated jars but would prefer them somewhere else where they would be more the focal point rather than a part of an already busy setting. I’m planning to take a note from you and decorate my little tree in hearts but with a more neutral feel. Will post when done!
I think everything looks like they go together it makes a perfect picture I love it thank you Barb
I think it’s very pretty and romantic! I’m not sure about the style of the green garland. I think it detracts a little from the other garland. I love the hearts you made that are hanging above the fireplace, beautiful
I like the hearts decoupage in sheet music. I think I will do this to decorate above the piano in our guest room.
Everything about your mantel is beautiful and my all time favorite is the lace hanger heart but those three out front are stunning. Love
I like the Victorian appeal with the cream colors but I would like a pop of red with a red heart here and there. Very pretty and delicate.
Your mantel looks great. The cream color is perfect.
Your mental turned out great. The neutrals really worked well together. Your hearts look great with the flowers from the garland
