I recently got some amazing crochet flowers for our website. There are so many different ways to get creative with these flowers. I thought it would be fun to turn a few into a brooch.

You can find the supplies that I’ll be using listed down below.
- Crochet flower
- Brooch pin
- Surebonder fabric glue
- Needle and thread
- Fabric strips from a Five Below rug
- Scissors
- Green felt
The first step is to cut out some leaves from the felt.

Glue the leaves to the back of the flower.

The next step is to cut a small circle from the felt. You’ll sew the pin onto the felt.

You’ll want to cut the Five Below rug apart to get your fabric strips.

Once you have the strips of fabric you’ll then want to glue them to the back of the flower.

Once you have the fabric strips glued in place you’ll then glue on the felt circle with the brooch pin.

Be sure to glue the felt circle with the pin towards the top of the flower. This will allow your brooch to sit straight and not lean forward.

These brooches can be pinned onto so many different things. I hope you’ll get creative and give this a try.

Barb, these turned out cute. For me, I think rather than the rag ribbons I would prefer to have a smaller doily scrunched up behind the flower and l ave’s.
Beautiful Crochet Blossoms. This would be awesome on a jacket, tote bag, or even on a book bag. I can see them in dough bowls to add a touch of color.
