DIY Easy Fabric Pins

I love adding fun embellishments to my clothing and home decor. While going through my craft stash, I realized I had a fabric set with pins that would be perfect for creating quick and easy fabric flower pins.

Once you have all your circles cut out, it’s time to create your flower pins.

I cut a few slits around one of the circles.

For the next layer, I cut a smaller circle.

You can make your flowers with as many fabric layers as you’d like.

Once you’ve created your flower, go ahead and add the pin to the center.

There are so many ways to create layers for your flowers.

These can be pinned to almost anything—I added a few to my denim jacket.

You can also use a simple basting stitch around the edge of the fabric circle.

Once you’ve added the basting stitch, pull both ends of the thread and tie a knot.

This will create a fun centerpiece for your flowers.
