DIY Home Decor Craft
We recently restocked a fun wooden tree tray on our website and I thought it would be fun to get creative with it. You can see the list of items that we’ll be using down below.
1. One wooden tree tray
2. One wooden disk from Amazon
3. Hot glue
4. Tacky glue
5. Mica flakes
6. Paint brush
7. Spanish moss
8. White, Classic Green and Sap Green acrylic paint by FolkArt
You can find the tree platter by clicking the link down below.

The first step is to paint the wood disk. You can find the wood disks that I ordered from Amazon by clicking my referral link down below.

I painted one wood disk with the white paint. Once the paint was dry I then added some tacky glue and then sprinkled on the mica flakes.
I used hot glue to attach the tree to the wood disk.
I used hot glue to attach the Spanish moss and the tree to the wood disk that I painted green.
These were so easy to make and I just love how you can add a variety of items to them.
I hope you’ll have fun and give this fun diy a try.
We hope you enjoyed this DIY Home Decor Craft!

It’s hard to decide which one I like better. They’re both so pretty. I guess I’ll say the one with the white/mica. But just by a tiny bit. I love the tree candle on the moss one. lol.

I like the winter tree theme. You could turn that into a nice winter scene.

I thought I would like the green plated one, but the shimmer of the mica flakes and the green tree candle is the one❤️

I think the winter one is pretty and would look nice with champagne deer and maybe some other woodland animals…
