Ok, I know it is Fall but some of the stores are starting to put out their Christmas decor. I found myself looking at a lot of the the Christmas decorations and one particular item was catching my eye. You all know that I love trees and I have been seeing a few spiral beaded trees. The ones that I have been seeing looking easy enough for us to try and make.

The supplies I will be using are:

1. Wire hanger

2. Beads ( I purchased my beads from Hobby Lobby)

3. Long nose pliers or wire cutters

4. Hot glue

5. Gold glitter paper

The first step is to cut the top area of the hanger off. You want to spread the hanger open to create one long piece of wire.

You will start sliding the beads onto the wire.

Be sure to curve the end of the wire so that the beads will not slide off.

Once you have all of the beads on the wire you will twist the wire to form a spiral tree. I left a longer bend in the wire at the top of the tree so that I can glue on a paper star. It takes time to figure out exactly how to form the twist in your tree. You want a smaller twist as you work your way up the tree.

I cut out two paper stars and glued them to the top of the tree.

This is so easy to make and you can use any colored beads that you want. I hope you will get creative and give this easy tree a try.
