I seem to find myself in the Dollar Tree a lot and I recently bought a few packs of the Tumbling Tower Game. You will see the pieces of this game used a lot by crafters. I want to use the pieces if this game to create a fun decorative wooden tree.

The supplies that I’ll be using are:

1. One Tumbling Tower Game from the Dollar Tree

2. Hot glue

3. Two wood stems from the Dollar Tree

4. Avocado colored acrylic paint by DecoArt

5. Paint brush 6. Buttons (optional)

I will be using 42 pieces of the Tumbling Tower Game to make one tree.

The first step is to glue 7 pieces together straight across.

You will add the hot glue to the sides of the pieces.

Once you have the 7 pieces glued together you’ll then glue 5 more to the top.

You’ll add 5 pieces to each side as shown in photo above.

You will do the same thing with 3 pieces.

You want to make the second part using 5 pieces then adding 3 to each side and then one piece to each side. You should have two pieces as shown in photo above.

The last piece will be three pieces glued together and then one on each side.

You should now have 3 sections as shown in photo above. The next step is to glue all three sections together.

Glue them together with the largest section on the bottom.

Once you have all 3 sections glued together you’ll then glue one more piece to the top.

You’ll paint this part before glueing it onto the wooden stems.

I glued 2 of the wooden stems together to make a larger tree trunk.

I decided to glue on some buttons for decoration.

This is a fun and easy tree to make and I hope you’ll get creative and give it a try.
