The Dollar Tree has started stocking their Christmas decor, and naturally, I couldn’t resist checking it out. I stumbled upon an adorable elf head on a wooden stake, and I knew right away I wanted to get creative with it!

The supplies that I’ll be using are listed down below.

1. One elf head on a stake from the Dollar Tree

2. Hot glue

3. Wooden board from Walmart ( 18” x 7”)

4. One piece of fabric that is about ( 9” x 6.5”)

5. Scissors

6. Paint brush

7. Crimson colored chalk paint by Waverly

The first step is to paint the board to give it a fresh base for our project.

Once the board is painted, go ahead and remove the elf head from the wooden stake. It should pop off with ease!

After removing the elf head, glue it securely to the top part of the board to create your cute, festive piece.

After securing the head, glue the fabric onto the board to form a pocket.

I tucked in some greenery and added a battery-operated candle to the pocket for a cozy, festive touch. It brings a little Christmas charm to any space!
