Summer is here and I love having a variety of yard decor. Wind chimes are always a favorite of mine and I thought it would be fun to make some. The wind chimes that I want to make will be very quick and easy.
The supplies that I’ll be using are listed down below.
1. One wooden dish or a lid to a can
2. Drill and drill bit
3. Hanging gems
4. String or a strand of wired pearls
This wooden dish was on our website at one time. I love the print on this wooden dish.
I drilled holes into the very edge of the wooden plate as shown in photo above.
You can do the same thing to a recycled lid.
I clipped the hanging gems through the hole as shown in photo above. The gems that I’m using are from Hobby Lobby.
I drilled a hole into the top center and added some wire with pearls for hanging.
These are so quick and easy to make. I think these will look amazing hanging from any trees in your yard. I hope you’ll get creative and give this a try.
