I have a quick and easy wooden bunny tray DIY that’s perfect for spring decorating. We have a cute wooden bunny tray on our website, and I’m turning it into an adorable bunny planter for spring. This simple DIY planter is an easy way to create charming Easter and spring home decor that looks beautiful anywhere in your home.

You can find the list of supplies that I’ll be using down below.
1. One wooden bunny tray
2. Mod Podge
3. Hot glue
4. Lace
5. Artificial flowers
6. Battery operated timer taper
7. Scissors
8. Cream felt
9. Pink paint ( optional)

The first step is to trace the lace onto the inside of the wooden bunny tray.

I used a black marker to trace along the inside of the wooden bunny tray.

The next step is to cut out the lace bunny and use Mod Podge to adhere it to the wooden bunny tray.

You’ll want to apply the Mod Podge to the wooden bunny tray first, then carefully place the lace on top.

Be sure to apply an additional coat of Mod Podge over the lace to seal it in place.

Once the lace is in place, trace the bottom section of the wooden bunny tray onto a piece of cream felt.
The next step is to cut out the felt, then cut a piece of lace to match the same shape and size.
Use hot glue to attach the lace to the felt, making sure it’s smooth and secure.
Once the lace is attached to the felt, use hot glue to secure the felt piece to the wooden bunny tray.
The last step is to add some flowers and a timer taper candle to complete your spring bunny planter.
I decided to add some moss to help keep the flowers securely in place and give the bunny planter a more natural spring look.
You can find the flowers and the timer taper candle I used on our website by clicking the links below.
This bunny turned out so cute and will look great anywhere in your home. You can even add a soft touch of pink paint to the ears for a subtle pop of color. I hope you’ll get creative and give this DIY a try!
