I love decorating for all holidays and I want to create a fun and simple decoration for Valentine’s Day. After looking through my supplies I thought it would be fun to create an angel using a greenery swag.
The supplies that I’ll be using are:
1. One greenery swag
2. Angel wings
3. Pink yarn
4. One 2.8 inch styrofoam ball
5. Wire
6. Wire cutters
7. Hot glue
8. Floral pins
9. Totally Dazzled rose gold bling and crown
10. Scissors
The first step is to cut off some of the greenery.
I cut off 3 pieces from the bottom and then added them to the top.
I used a piece of wire to attach the pieces to the top.
I cut off some of the stem to the greenery.
The next step is to wrap some of the yarn around the styrofoam ball. You can use any type of yarn that you want. I’m using a chunkier pink yarn from Hobby Lobby.
I used a floral pin to secure the end in place. You can add a few more floral pins as you wrap the yarn.
Once I had the yarn completely wrapped around the styrofoam ball I then created a hole to add the greenery.
I added some hot glue to secure the greenery in place.
I wrapped some yarn around the neck area a few times and added some hot glue to secure it in place.
I brought the ends around the front to create arms for the angel.
I added some rose gold bling to the hands as shown in photo above.
You can find the bling and crowns that I’m using on Totally Dazzled by clicking the link down below.
I used wire to add some angel wings. You can find these angel wings on our website by clicking the link down below.

I placed a piece of wire up and under the metal bar on the back side of the angel wings.
I brought the wire around to the front and then wrapped the wire around the angel.
Once I had the wings attached I then added a crown to the head. I used floral pins to attach the crown.
This angel is very easy to make and will look great any where in your home. I hope you’ll get creative and give this angel a try.
