Wooden Hang Tag Makeover

by blewis | Jun 18, 2024 | Christmas/Winter, Holiday, Home Decor | 0 comments

I came across some wooden hang tags in Walmart and I thought it would be fun to get creative with one.
I found these wooden hang tags by their unfinished wood items in their craft section.
The supplies that I’ll be using for this quick and easy makeover are listed below.
1. One wooden hang tag from Walmart
2. One engraving tool by Plaid
3. Waverly antique wax
4. Paint brush
5. Stencil from Walmart
The first thing that I did was paint the wooden hang tag with the antique wax.
The next step is to place the stencil onto the wooden hang tag.

I used the engraver tool over the stencil. This tool is very easy to use and I purchased mine from Walmart.
This hang tag makes a fun little decoration to add in your home.
I hope you’ll get creative and give this quick and easy makeover a try.
