I found myself in my local Dollar Tree again checking out their Halloween decorations. After walking up and down all of the isles I came across some packs of plastic ornaments. These ornaments are orange which will work perfect for a pumpkin craft.
The supplies that I’ll be using are listed down below.
1. Three packs of orange ornaments from the Dollar Tree.
2. One 8×10 inch black canvas from the Dollar Tree
3. X-acto knife
4. Hot glue
5. Paint brush
6. Orange fine glitter from 143 vinyl
7. Elmer’s glue
8. Spanish moss
9. Piece of mulch from my yard
The first step is to figure out where you want the ornaments to be placed. Once you know where you want the ornament to go you’ll make a small hole using the x-acto knife.
Be sure to remove the top piece of the ornament and then place the ornament into the hole.
The top part of the ornaments should be sticking out of the back of the canvas as shown in photo above.
I placed the ornaments to form a shape of a pumpkin as shown in photo below.
Once I had the pumpkin shape created I then marked the outside of the pumpkin using Elmer’s glue.
You’ll want to remove all of the ornaments and then paint the entire pumpkin shape with the Elmer’s glue.
Once the glitter and glue is dry you’ll then want to glue the ornaments back in place.
Once you have all of the ornaments glued in place you’ll then add the stem and moss.
This is such a fun and unique pumpkin. I hope you’ll get creative and give this pumpkin a try.

Love your basic idea and particularly the alternating textures of the ball ornaments. I would do this craft and apply a pumpkin-shaped cutout raised slightly above the frame with the holes drilled through to the back and lights inserted. 🫶🏼🎃🫶🏼🎃🫶🏼🎃
This needs to be on your porch reflecting the sun it is going to give a sparkle with your Disc Balls ,got me one yesterday !!love it , made the yarn pumpkin this morning , cute as a button . you do inspire me … I’m going g to do something with those small ornaments .
I would definitely make this, if my DT had the ornaments. I just went there looking for several things you use for crafts and unfortunately, ours doesn’t carry all yours does. I need a new DT!! Lol

Great idea! It actually could be for fall or Halloween. I would probably add a spider or something to it. It’s nice just the way it is though. Our house it would be Halloween. I’m decorating for Halloween already and I’m skipping fall decor this year. I say it can be for Halloween as well because it’s a bright orange…
