Walmart Bunny Container Makeover Using Stone Spray Paint

by blewis | Feb 20, 2025 | Easter/Spring, Holiday | 21 comments

Walmart is starting to put out their Spring and Easter decor. I came across a bunny container that I want to give a makeover to. This will be a very quick and easy makeover.
I’ll be using two different spray paints for this makeover. The first one is a hammered spray paint by Rust-oleum. The second one is a stone spray paint by Rust-oleum.
Here is a link to the Rustoleum hammered: https://rstyle.me/+HW9os88DfthPGydUtANgLg

The first step is to give both pieces of the container a coat of the hammered spray paint. You’ll want to coat front and back of each piece of the container.
Once that is dry you’ll then add the Stone spray paint. I did not do the inside of the bottom piece with the Stone spray paint.
Once the Stone spray paint was dry I gave both pieces a few coats of an Enamel spray.
This makeover gave me two bunnies to use any where in my home. I hope you’ll get creative and give this fun makeover a try.
