I seem to find myself in the Dollar Tree a lot trying to find different items to get creative with. There are so many different ways to get creative with everyday items that are not meant for crafting. I recently picked up a few auto funnels from the Dollar Tree that I think will work perfect for creating a few decorative carrots.
The supplies I will be using are:
1. One auto funnel from the Dollar Tree
2. Hot glue
3. Chenille orange yarn from Michael’s
4. Scissors
5. Greenery
I trimmed the top edge of the funnel off. This is optional but I felt like it allowed the yarn to start evenly around the funnel.
I added hot glue and continued wrapping the yarn around the funnel.
Once I had the funnel completely covered with the yarn I then added some greenery to the top.
This is so easy to make and will make a great decoration for Spring. I hope you will get creative and give this a try.
