DIY Pumpkin Treat Bag

Halloween is right around the corner and it is always fun to give out some Halloween treats. We are always trying to create fun and unique items here at The Shabby Tree and I want to create a fun treat bag. Everyone loves pumpkins for Fall and Halloween so I thought it would be fun to create small pumpkins to hold a few snacks.

The supplies I will be using are:
1. Round coffee filters that I colored orange
2. Napkin
3. Green pipe cleaner
4. Scissors
5. Snacks

A coffee filter works perfect for this Diy because it is already round. You can color your coffee filters by adding orange food color or orange paint to water. Dip the coffee filter into the mixture and ring it out. Once it is dry you will add your snack to the center.

Bring up the ends of the coffee filter to form the shape of a pumpkin.

Use the pipe cleaner to secure the coffee filter closed and then create your stem.

You can do the same process with a napkin. I used a paper plate to trace my circle and then cut it out.

These are so easy to make and turn out so stinkin cute. I hope you will get creative and give this a try.
