I love fun and unique things and since Fall is quickly approaching I thought it would be fun to a fun and unique Pumpkin.

The supplies that I’ll be using are:

1. Old picture frames from a yard sale

2. Scrap piece of a lace curtain

3. Hot glue

4. Scissors

5. Green paint

6. Walnut colored Gel Stain by DecoArt

7. Brown shipping paper

8. A sheet of Spainsh moss

I traced the frames onto the lace and then cut out the lace.

You will glue the lace to the back side of the frames. Be sure to pull the lace tight as you glue it in place.

I used simple brown shipping paper to create a stem for the pumpkin.

I gathered the brown paper and started twisting it a few inches up from the bottom. You can use hot glue to hold your twist in place.

I glued the stem to the frame .

I added some of the Walnut Gel stain to the stem.

I cut a few leaves out of the brown paper and painted them green. Once the leaves were dry I glued them to the sheet of moss. I purchased my sheets of moss from Hobby Lobby.

You will cut the leaves out and then glue them to the frame.

These are so easy to make and I just love how fun and unique they are.

They make a fun statement piece on my fireplace mantel. I hope you will keep your eye out for some fun frames and give this a try.
