I seem to be seeing a lot of different mirrors in a variety of store’s right now. There are so many different ways to add mirrors throughout your home. I recently bought a few from Hobby Lobby that I added to my bedroom. After looking at my mirrors I decided to get creative with one of them and change it up.

The supplies that I’ll be using are:

1. One mirror

2. One sheet of rice paper from European Excellency

3. Decoupage

4. Paint brush

5. Rub’n Buff ( color Antique Gold)

You can find this sheet of rice paper on European Excellency by clicking the link down below. Be sure to use CODE BARB for a 10% discount.

I ripped the edges of the rice paper by using a paper ripper. You can just rip the edges using your hand.

Once I had the edges ripped I then added decoupage to the back side of the rice paper.

You will place the rice paper onto the mirror. This can be placed any where that you want.

You will want to add more decoupage over the top of the rice paper.

I used a paint brush to add some of the Rub’n Buff over the mirror and edges if the rice paper. You can also add touches of the Rub’n Buff onto the rice paper.

I absolutely love how this turned out and you can use any type of paper or photo for this project. This will look great any where in your home. I hope you’ll get creative and give this a try.
