I love to decorate for all holidays and there are so many ways to decorate for Spring and Easter. If you have a dough bowl or a tree that you keep up all year long then you are going to love this craft. I wanted to make something easy that I can put on my tree or place in my dough bowl. When I think of Spring or Easter I think of bunnies. You can easily create quick and simple bunnies using felt.

I picked up a few sheets of felt from my local craft store. Some other supplies I will be using are:

1. Polyester fiberfill

2. Surebonder fabric glue for my glue gun

3. Scissors

4. Elmer’s glue

5. Black marker and ink pen

6. Crystal glitter

7. The bunny pattern that I supplied here or you can draw any size bunny you want.

The first step is to cut out your pattern.

Trace your pattern onto your felt. Be sure to have the felt double layered.

You will cut the bunny out and glue your two pieces together.

You will start glueing at the top and you will want to leave an opening at the bottom so you can add the stuffing.

Once the bunny is stuffed you will glue the opening closed.

I used a black sharpie marker to add some eyes.

The last step is to cover the bunny with Elmer’s glue and then sprinkle them with the crystal glitter.

I find it easier to just use my fingers to cover the bunny with the glue.

Once you have them completely covered with the crystal glitter you will set them aside to dry.

These are so easy to make and can be added throughout your home for a fun decoration.
