The holidays are approaching and it’s time to start thinking ahead. I love Christmas and I love decorating for it. It us always fun to add a few snowmen to your Christmas decorations. I want to try and make a very quick and easy melting snowman.

The supplies that I’ll be using are:

1. Wooden tree disk that I purchased from Hobby Lobby

2. Hot glue

3. Cream chalky finish paint by DecoArt

4. Paint brush

5. Black acrylic paint by DecoArt

6. Spiced Pumpkin acrylic paint by DecoArt

7. Elmer’s glue

8. Mica Flakes

9. Two small tree branches

The first step is to paint the top section of 3 wooden disks. Be sure that your disks are 3 different sizes.

The next step is to glue the disk together having the biggest disk at the bottom.

Once you have the disks glued together you’ll then paint on the face and glue on the arms.

I painted on some Elmer’s glue and then sprinkled in the mica flakes.

This snowman will make a great ornament or a cute bowl filler.
