I seem to have a lot of jewelry and I need a way to organize it. You can find a lot of jewelry holders in different stores but I wanted something different and unique. We are always creating fun and unique items here at The Shabby Tree and I just knew there had to be a way to create something for jewelry.

The supplies I will be using are:

1. Two candle holders from Hobby Lobby

2. Two wire baskets from the Dollar Tree

3. Drill and drill bit (my drill bit is same diameter as the screw to my knob)

4. Decorative knob (mine is from Hobby Lobby)

5. Phillips screw driver

6. Screw (I am using 5/8 inch)

7. Large wooden tray (optional)

8. E6000 glue

You will drill a hole in the center of the candle holder. I then added E6000 glue into the hole.

You will place the basket over the candle holder and then insert your knob. The E6000 glue will dry and secure the knob in place. This basket will hold all of my fish hook earrings.

You will then drill a hole into the center of the second candle holder. This hole is where you will be screwing the screw into.

Be sure that you will be able to screw the screw down into the hole. You will sit the basket on top of this candle holder and then use the screw driver to add the screw down into the basket.

Place the basket onto the candle holder and then add the screw. Be sure to screw the screw all the way in. You can add a washer to help secure the basket down.

The tall basket is to hold all of my bracelets and the lower basket will hold all of my fish hook earrings. I added the wooden tray underneath to hold the post earrings and a few necklaces. These are so easy to make and you can use any type of post for the baskets.
